What happens after a refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key is deactivated and that installation reverts to the free tier's limited functionality. Any transcripts or settings already saved locally on your computer are not affected or deleted — only the license status changes.
Who processes the refund
Lemon Squeezy, as our merchant of record, processes the actual refund transaction back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, typically a few business days.
